About Holistic Nutrition

Are you eating according to your biochemical individuality?

How would you know?

The world of nutrition is more confusing than ever. From low-carb, high-protein diets to macrobiotics to raw-food veganism, the conflicting “scientific evidence” offered by nutrition experts on television and the contradictory statements of diet book authors leave the average person with no idea what to eat for breakfast — if he or she even has time for breakfast!

The answers aren’t in food ideology or diet dogma. The answers are in your body. Your vast innate intelligence will tell you what foods will work for you. The trick is learning how to listen.

ForkBytes.com
is designed to inspire, empower, and support you in nourishing your body and understanding its messages. We want to assist you in sifting through the discordant food information and hype to find the right foods and lifestyle options to support your unique health and life goals. A true holistic approach encompasses things other than food that nourish (or drain!) you, including your career, your relationships, physical activity, sleep, spirituality, laughter, joy, self-expression, and creativity. Our goal is to help you create balanced wellness through positive food and lifestyle choices. Thank you for joining us!
